Purchased this item as a gift and wanted the complete product. So while trying to save time by buying on line, I also purchased the tote without investigating it's design too much. While the bottle and stopper were just as expected, the tote has an impracticle, overdesigned closure/strap. The closure/strap's snap clasp that's attached to the neoprene fabric is supposed to provide some kind of additional carrying strap. Unfortunately, it's design dosen't contain the bottle top adequately, leaving it expossed to the effects of the heat. And the strap it's supposed to provide isn't very strong in relation to the weight of a filled bottle and the snap would tend to tear out from the neoprene fabric.

excellent product. You can drop ice cubes into the stainless steel bottle and fill it with water or sports drinks; I use them for hiking. No toxic leaching.

hate this thing. it smells metallic, makes water taste lousy. the screw-on cap is ridiculously hard to get on and off. pain in the butt. the bottle tips easily. the cover is not the color i thought it would be, and worse yet, it REEKS. smells so bad, i can't stand it. this whole thing is a total waste of money. i will never use it. VERY disappointed. i ended up buying a BPA-free plastic bottle, which i love. should've done that in the first place. don't buy this item!!!

Going green is easy with this stainless steel bottle. There is no worries about plastic leaching into your water. The neoprene cover is great to keep the water cool and the bottle from sweating. it is not unsulated, which is fine with me - especially with the cover. The 27 oz size fits in my hand easily and is easy to fit in my cup holer or my purse. i have four bottles, only one with the cover. i plan on purchasing more covers. i purchased several extra sports tops so I could switch them to put in the dishwasher to keep them fresh! Easy to fill, even with ice cubes!

This water bottle and tote combination is fantastic! I feel good about the non-leaching stainless steel, it washes up great, and the tote does a good job of insulating, preventing a sweating water bottle from slipping away, and protecting the SS from denting if dropped. I imagine I would rate the water bottle alone as a 4 star, because of the likelihood of denting if dropped. But tote included it's a great package! My husband is now saying he wants one, and I want a second and am already thinking about a little one for our little one on the way.
